Requirements

The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. Five or more years of experience are required, including three or more years as a Biology teacher for Grades 11 and 12.

Strong academic mastery of Grade 11 and 12 Biology is demonstrated and translated into effective, actionable classroom teaching strategies.

Fluent Telugu speaking ability is mandatory for the role.

Experience designing and delivering effective training programs for teachers and education stakeholders is preferred but not mandatory.

Comfort with or curiosity about education technology and AI tools is an advantage, with prior experience using digital platforms for teaching or teacher training.

Willingness to travel across the state for training or school visits up to fifty percent of the time each month is required.
