What you'll do
- Architect a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy that directly supports defined company revenue objectives and long-term vision.
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to generate high-quality lead volume efficiently.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine the end-to-end marketing funnel, mapping the customer journey from initial awareness to final conversion.
- Establish and manage a robust framework for tracking marketing performance metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), multi-touch attribution, and overall pipeline contribution.
- Partner closely with the Sales department and executive leadership to iteratively qualify and refine lead criteria, ensuring strict adherence to business requirements.
- Evaluate, select, and supervise a network of external vendors, specialized agencies, and freelance strategic partners to maximize capabilities.
- Drive the implementation of advanced marketing technologies and sophisticated automation workflows to eliminate manual tasks and significantly boost operational efficiency.
- Lead a disciplined testing regimen for messaging variations, channel performance, and acquisition experiments to systematically improve return on investment.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target buyer personas to inform content topics, channel selection, and overall positioning.
- Own the technical SEO foundation of our digital properties, ensuring content is discoverable, indexable, and aligned with search intent.
- Create a cohesive content calendar that aligns with product launches, market trends, and sales cycles to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Build and nurture a high-performing marketing operations process that standardizes reporting, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
- Monitor competitive landscape shifts and market opportunities to proactively adjust our growth marketing strategies and maintain a leading edge.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous learning.
- Define and track a core set of KPIs that provide clear insight into the health and efficiency of our marketing investments.
Requirements
- You must possess 10 or more years of cumulative professional experience focused specifically on B2B growth marketing or digital demand generation strategies.
- Your career must demonstrate a proven ability to build a marketing function from absolute scratch, rather than inheriting or managing an established department.
- You have direct, hands-on experience managing substantial paid media budgets and have a documented history of optimizing campaigns for tangible business outcomes.
- You possess deep, practical knowledge of technical search engine optimization, strategic content planning, and sophisticated keyword targeting methodologies.
- You have a strong analytical background and a data-centric mindset, with expertise in tracking conversion rates, cost per lead, and calculating return on investment.
- You are highly experienced in managing complex marketing automation software and robust CRM systems to orchestrate multi-touch campaigns.
- You are capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities can shift rapidly and independence is essential.
- You hold the right to work in the United States and are authorized to work without sponsorship for this position.
- You are currently located within or are willing to relocate to a primary residence within the United States to fulfill the remote work arrangement.
