Growth Marketing Specialist
Job description
About the role
You translate Coinflow's strategic vision into high-impact, shipped marketing work on a daily basis. You orchestrate event strategy and execution, handling logistics, guest lists, vendors, and on-site management to ensure seamless experiences. You own the lifecycle of community and brand initiatives that generate revenue and partnership opportunities for the business. You execute content publishing and distribution, drafting blog posts, social copy, and newsletters from concept through to reporting on performance. You run growth experiments such as social media tests, landing page variants, and community-led loops in close partnership with the growth team. You conduct market and competitive research in the payments space and feed insights back into content and campaign planning. You bring ideas to life quickly in a fast-moving environment, turning strategy into tangible results that drive revenue. By doing this work, you help Coinflow lead one of the fastest-growing payments startups in Chicago.
