Growth Marketing - Intern
Job description
Growth Marketing - Intern at Luminovo.
About the role
This role offers real hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing by running webinars, shaping demand generation campaigns, and building AI-powered systems that support the marketing team. You will own meaningful work that involves cutting webinar clips for LinkedIn, building Canva assets, and creating CMS and on-demand entries for finished webinars. You will observe how the team works, identify recurring manual tasks, and build automations and workflows that remove them, using tools like Claude as a daily habit. You will draft webinar invite and reminder copy, social recap posts, and per-event email copy, then handle scheduling across the webinar calendar for review. You will support field marketing and demand generation by managing campaign and list admin, processing attendee lists, and assisting with reporting and analytics. You will contribute to product marketing by supporting case studies and customer stories, producing sales enablement assets, and helping with product launch activities. You will perform translation checks on German ad assets, ensure CMS entries are quality-checked, and keep product and competitive research legwork up to date. If you are hungry, a fast learner, and want real mentorship instead of coffee runs, this is a chance to get direct exposure to how AI is reshaping marketing work.
