About the role
You own the strategic expansion of iFIT's Pilates commercial presence across the western United States within the luxury hospitality and wellness ecosystem. You will act as the primary growth driver for premium reformer adoption at four- and five-star hotels, destination spas, and luxury resort brands in your assigned territory. This role requires you to translate iFIT's holistic health vision into compelling commercial outcomes by securing high-value placements and long-term partnerships. You are accountable for building a scalable book of business that reinforces iFIT as the definitive reformer solution for elite wellness environments. You will own the full sales cycle, from initial contact through complex negotiation and seamless implementation. Your work directly influences brand perception and subscription growth within the premium segment. You are expected to operate with the autonomy of a true founder while adhering to iFIT's standards of excellence. Every interaction you own must reflect the premium positioning of the iFIT Pilates offering.

What you'll do
Identify and prioritize a target account list of luxury hotel groups, independent five-star properties, destination resorts, and spa management companies across the eastern US.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and site visits through proposal, negotiation, and installation coordination - with a strong bias for closing.
Develop and execute vertical-specific sales strategies for boutique Pilates studios, premium hospitality, and wellness properties, focused on ROI and how luxury fitness amenities are purchased and operated.
Secure premium placements of the full NordicTrack Ultra line - including the Ultra 1 Reformer and Ultra series treadmills - in key accounts across the territory.
Create bespoke proposals and commercial packages tailored to hospitality buyers, including equipment configuration, iFIT membership integration, and ongoing service support.
Collaborate with Operations and Member Services to ensure white-glove installation, onboarding, and ongoing support standards that match the expectations of luxury hospitality partners.
Maintain an accurate and detailed CRM pipeline, providing regular forecasting and account updates to the Global Director.
Attend and represent iFIT at key industry events within the eastern region including ISPA, boutique fitness summits, and major Pilates conferences.
Partner with Marketing and Product to develop client-specific collateral and demo experiences that resonate with boutique and hospitality buyers.
Work alongside the core Pilates team to support Pilates education programs that complement sales goals.
Identify adjacent verticals within the wellness real estate space including luxury residential buildings, wellness-focused co-living developments, and boutique fitness studio rollouts.
Own the financial performance of your territory, ensuring that new business revenue, retention, and expansion meet or exceed defined quotas.
Champion iFIT's brand promise by delivering a client experience that matches the premium nature of our product in every interaction.
Drive adoption of iFIT content and membership through seamless integration with NordicTrack hardware, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
Demonstrate a proven track record of selling complex commercial solutions into luxury hospitality, wellness, or enterprise environments.
Possess a strong understanding of how fitness amenities are specified and procured within four- and five-star hotel and spa environments.
Show an ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including procurement, general managers, spa directors, and fitness directors, simultaneously.
Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to tailor messaging to C-suite and operational audiences.
Have experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
Display strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop creative commercial structures that align with client budget cycles.
Bring a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Commit to consistent travel within the assigned eastern US territory for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Nice to have
Experience selling premium fitness equipment or connected fitness platforms to commercial clients.
Background in boutique fitness, Pilates, or high-end wellness concepts.
Familiarity with hospitality design standards and wellness real estate development cycles.
History of collaborating with marketing teams on co-branded campaigns and client education programs.
Practical notes
This role requires regular travel across the eastern United States to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support installations. You must be comfortable representing iFIT at conferences and conducting in-person meetings. There may be additional travel requirements as opportunities arise within your territory.
