About the role
You own the end-to-end commercial strategy for the premium Pilates vertical within the UK and broader European markets, defining iFIT's positioning against legacy fitness brands. You own the narrative that positions iFIT Pilates as the definitive connected reformer experience for the world's most demanding guests and members. You own the relationship architecture across procurement, C-suite hospitality leaders, and wellness directors, translating their strategic objectives into a compelling iFIT growth roadmap. You own the full commercial lifecycle from discovery and solution design through to contract finalisation, implementation, and long-term expansion within each account. You own the responsibility of forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment with complete transparency and data-backed decision making. You own the role of market educator, ensuring that every stakeholder understands the ROI of connected luxury fitness and the differentiated value of the iFIT ecosystem. You own the brand story at every interaction, ensuring that iFIT is perceived as the premium, intelligent, and seamlessly integrated choice for five-star environments. You own the ambition to build the European business from the ground up, setting the pace and standard for how iFIT sells into the most prestigious hospitality destinations.

What you'll do
Identify and prioritise a target account list of luxury hotel groups, independent five-star properties, destination resorts, and spa management companies across the European market.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and site visits through proposal, negotiation, and installation coordination - with a strong bias for closing.
Navigate local market dynamics, client expectations, business practices, and procurement processes across the European market.
Develop and execute vertical-specific sales strategies focused on ROI and how luxury fitness amenities are purchased and operated in the region.
Secure premium placements of the full NordicTrack Ultra line - including the Ultra 1 Reformer and Ultra series treadmills - in key accounts across the territory.
Create bespoke proposals and commercial packages tailored to European hospitality buyers, including equipment configuration, iFIT membership integration, and ongoing service support.
Collaborate with Operations and Member Services to ensure white-glove installation, onboarding, and ongoing support standards that match the expectations of luxury hospitality partners.
Maintain an accurate and detailed CRM pipeline, providing regular forecasting and account updates to the Global Director.
Attend and represent iFIT at key European industry events including ISPA, European boutique fitness summits, and major Pilates conferences.
Identify adjacent verticals within the wellness real estate space including luxury residential buildings, wellness-focused co-living developments, boutique fitness studios, and private clubs.
Develop in-depth commercial understanding of how connected fitness hardware, software, and content combine to drive member satisfaction and operational efficiency for luxury brands.
Champion iFIT's value proposition in high-level conversations where strategic procurement, brand experience, and operational risk are primary concerns.
Build and manage a multi-stakeholder influence network, aligning fitness directors, facilities managers, and executive leadership around a shared vision for connected wellness.
Analyse competitive landscape and market trends to refine positioning, messaging, and commercial approaches on an ongoing basis.
Own post-sale expansion initiatives, ensuring that content adoption, hardware utilisation, and membership conversion grow over the life of the relationship.
Requirements
Demonstrate a track record of selling complex B2B solutions into luxury hospitality, premium wellness, or high-end real estate environments.
Show an ability to operate independently with high ownership, managing ambiguity and prioritising activities in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capability to adapt messaging for C-suite and operational audiences across cultures.
Exhibit resilience and a hunter mentality, comfortable with frequent outreach, discovery calls, and navigating long, considered enterprise sales cycles.
Have a results-driven mindset, with demonstrable experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and exceeding demanding targets.
Bring experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles, including stakeholder mapping, needs analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and implementation oversight.
Understand the dynamics of multi-stakeholder buying committees and how to influence procurement, facilities, and executive decision-makers in regulated markets.
Have a proven ability to represent a brand at industry events, generating qualified leads and building presence at conferences and showcases across Europe.
Nice to have
Experience selling connected fitness, wearable technology, or premium content platforms to hospitality or wellness clients.
Familiarity with iFIT content ecosystem, connected equipment integrations, and subscription-based revenue models.
Background in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors, with a personal connection to Pilates, reformer training, or luxury fitness environments.
Experience working with European hospitality procurement processes, luxury brand standards, and regional commercial regulations.
History of collaborating with Operations and Installation teams to ensure seamless execution of complex site deployments.
Practical notes
This role is based remotely within the UK region and requires availability during standard UK business hours for collaboration with global teams.
Travel may be required to key European cities for flagship events, strategic account visits, and industry conferences as determined by business needs.
