You move between performance, product, and brand, building a connected experience that feels human at every step. Your work makes the platform feel alive, guiding people through their own fitness story with clarity and care. You translate the vision of a holistic health platform into tangible narratives that resonate across devices and mindsets. You act as the conductor between data, creativity, and product, ensuring every campaign reflects a unified promise. You are accountable for both strategic direction and execution excellence, balancing experimentation with disciplined measurement. You partner with cross functional teams to turn ambitious ideas into live programs that drive sustainable growth.

This role is remote. The position is based in the United States.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is 140000 USD to 160000 USD per year.
What you'll do
Design creative concepts and messaging that turn scrolling into subscriptions across paid social, search, and app install channels. Chart strategic briefs that lock audiences, offers, and metrics so teams can ship work that moves growth numbers. Hunt data and market signals to uncover audience gaps and refine targeting that lowers cost and lifts trust. Flow creative assets through traffic and performance teams, speeding launch while guarding quality and brand tone. Own go to market plans for new features, translating technical capabilities into stories that resonate across teams. Guard brand consistency so NordicTrack, ProForm, and iFIT feel like one coherent promise in every channel. Collaborate with Creative, Product, Data, and partners to move projects from idea to live without friction. Measure acquisition, retention, and revenue signals, then propose tests that sharpen strategy over time. Analyze acquisition and subscription performance, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, activation, and retention, to identify insights, optimize growth strategies, and communicate actionable recommendations to leadership. You will partner closely with Performance Marketing to ensure creative assets are developed, trafficked, and launched efficiently while maintaining a strong understanding of campaign execution best practices. You will lead go-to-market strategy for new product features and launches, translating product capabilities into compelling positioning, messaging, and coordinated launch plans across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. You will analyze acquisition and subscription performance, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, activation, and retention, to identify insights, optimize growth strategies, and communicate actionable recommendations to leadership. You will design experiments across acquisition and retention funnels, using qualitative and quantitative inputs to refine messaging, offers, and user journeys. You will coordinate with data and analytics partners to define test hypotheses, set measurement frameworks, and interpret results for strategic pivots. You will synthesize learnings from live campaigns into scalable patterns that inform future creative and media investments.
Requirements
You bring 7 plus years in growth or performance marketing, with creative strategy, briefing, and campaign trafficking in your recent history. You have shipped subscription or mobile app growth initiatives across CRM, paid media, public relations, and social channels. You can position, segment, and plan lifecycle journeys that respond to real customer needs. You understand connected fitness hardware and digital content, and you care about experiences that keep people active for years. You communicate clearly in writing and speech, adapting tone for executives, partners, and everyday teammates. You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information while maintaining a bias toward action and learning. You manage priorities across stakeholders and timelines without losing attention to detail or brand standards. You take ownership of outcomes, using data to iterate quickly and explain tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
