About the role
You are the visionary hunter who will establish iFIT's luxury hospitality vertical from inception to maturity within the premium commercial fitness sector. You own the end-to-end sales cycle for high-end hotels, destination resorts, luxury spas, and elite wellness properties across North America and key international markets. This role demands that you translate sophisticated Pilates programming into a compelling value proposition for five-star spa directors and C-suite hospitality leaders. You will act as the primary strategic partner for marquee wellness destinations, positioning iFIT as the definitive reformer solution that elevates guest experience and brand differentiation. You are accountable for forecasting, pipeline integrity, and hitting ambitious revenue targets in a fast-moving, brand-new vertical. You will synthesize market intelligence, buyer feedback, and competitive insights to continuously refine our go-to-market approach and messaging. Success in this role is defined by your ability to win trust, close complex deals, and create flagship installations that become the benchmark for luxury wellness fitness.

What you'll do
Identify, qualify, and own a book of premium hotel, resort, and spa accounts that align with iFIT's luxury brand positioning and long-term vision.
Build a scalable demand generation engine tailored to the hospitality sector, leveraging content, partnerships, and targeted campaigns that resonate with wellness and facilities decision-makers.
Establish and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, articulating a clear narrative that connects iFIT Pilates to elevated guest satisfaction and ancillary revenue.
Present iFIT's commercial Pilates offering to executive stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into tangible outcomes for revenue, retention, and brand prestige.
Collaborate closely with marketing to develop case studies, proof points, and narrative arcs that highlight flagship installations and measurable guest impact.
Serve as the primary subject-matter expert on Pilates within luxury hospitality, shaping internal positioning and influencing product enhancements based on field intelligence.
Negotiate and structure enterprise-level agreements that reflect the value of iFIT's immersive content and technology within high-end wellness environments.
Champion customer success by ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support, driving expansion and referenceability within existing accounts.
Represent iFIT at top-tier wellness, hospitality, and design events, strengthening brand equity and generating qualified meetings for the sales pipeline.
Maintain rigorous forecasting and pipeline hygiene, enabling leadership to track progress, de-risk execution, and optimize resource allocation.
Cultivate a network of influential partners, including wellness consultants, interior designers, and hospitality operators, to accelerate awareness and adoption.
Evaluate and prioritize new market segments and geographies based on strategic fit, willingness to innovate, and long-term profitability potential.
Act as the external voice of the luxury hospitality vertical, providing structured feedback to product, marketing, and executive teams.
Demonstrate disciplined execution against quarterly and annual quotas while mentoring peers and contributing to best practices across the organization.
Requirements
You possess a proven track record of selling complex solutions into luxury hospitality, premium wellness, or high-end commercial fitness environments.
You bring a minimum of seven years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least five years focused on enterprise-level opportunities in service-rich industries.
You have an established network of C-suite, VP, and Director-level contacts within the hospitality, wellness, and luxury lifestyle sectors.
You are fluent in Pilates concepts, programming, and the commercial fitness landscape, enabling you to engage credibility with operators and facility leaders.
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a track record of exceeding demanding performance targets.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-growth startup environment, balancing autonomy, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
You exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the poise to navigate sophisticated buying committees and multi-threaded decision processes.
You are willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis to nurture key accounts and attend marquee industry events.
Nice to have
Experience selling premium or boutique fitness brands, luxury wellness services, or high-end fitness equipment to hospitality clients.
Background in hotel sales, resort operations, or spa and wellness management within a luxury segment.
Familiarity with iFIT or connected fitness platforms, and a demonstrated ability to learn technology-driven solutions quickly.
Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to key international hospitality markets.
A network of existing relationships with luxury hotel groups, destination resorts, or wellness real estate developers.

This role requires regular international travel to engage with premium accounts and industry gatherings across North America and key global regions.
