Quality Assurance Associate Manager, Growth Marketing Operations
Job description
Quality Assurance Associate Manager, Growth Marketing Operations at Hinge Health.
About the role
This position is embedded within the Growth Marketing Operations (GROMO) team, where you will own the integrity of our marketing execution lifecycle from test to launch. You will be responsible for designing, running, and owning the validation of complex marketing campaigns across a multi-tool landscape. The role demands a meticulous tester who can translate ambiguous requirements into concrete validation plans for audience behavior and personalization logic. You will leverage deep expertise in platforms such as Iterable, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to verify that campaigns function as intended. A core part of this position is diagnosing why a campaign failed and preventing future issues through rigorous documentation and process refinement. At a high level, you ensure that the right message reaches the right audience through the right channel at the right time. As we evolve our QA function, you will explore how AI-assisted workflows can augment manual testing without sacrificing accountability. Finally, you will act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring that every campaign meets our standards for accuracy, compliance, and performance before it touches a customer.
