Job description
Sr. Product Designer, New Programs at Hinge Health.
About the role
You will own the conception and delivery of new digital care programs that do not yet exist at Hinge Health. This role requires you to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and define entirely new directions for product and member experience. You will translate vague opportunities into concrete product directions and tangible interactions that can be validated in the market. Collaboration will be central as you work alongside product, engineering, clinical, data, and commercial teams to bring ideas to life. You will simplify complex healthcare challenges into clear, user-centered journeys that feel both intuitive and impactful. Your work will directly influence how members encounter and engage with Hinge Health as the company scales into novel areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that each new program is built with the same rigor, clarity, and empathy as the core offerings.
