About the Role
Hinge Health is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Senior Product Manager to join our consumer product team. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of a high-impact consumer product surface, focusing on creating deeply personalized and engaging experiences for our members.
As a Senior PM, you will be a leader within the product organization, working closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and clinical teams to deliver innovative solutions at scale. This role requires a "product crafter" mindset - someone who can balance experimentation with long-term strategic thinking.

What You'll Do
- Conduct discovery and synthesis to uncover unmet member needs and translate them into a clear product hypothesis.
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your consumer product area, balancing experimentation with strategic consistency.
- Partner with engineering and design to translate concepts into executable specifications that maintain quality and feasibility.
- Lead A/B experiments and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to refine the product experience iteratively.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to ensure that product features are evidence-based and aligned with care outcomes.
- Work directly with executive leadership to articulate progress, trade-offs, and the rationale behind major product decisions.
- Monitor lifecycle metrics such as engagement and retention, adjusting strategy mid-flight based on observed behavior.
- Surface insights from cross-functional partners and synthesize them into a coherent narrative for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation in the consumer experience and champion them through the product development lifecycle.
- Maintain a pragmatic balance between shipping quickly and building durable, scalable product foundations.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, as relevant work experience can substitute for academic qualifications.
- Bring 5-7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer-facing features and personalized user journeys.
- Demonstrate a track record of making data-driven decisions and optimizing lifecycle metrics such as engagement and retention.
- Show experience in designing and executing single hypothesis-driven testing and experimental frameworks.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a history of influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exhibit comfort operating in ambiguous environments, developing high-quality hypotheses when success criteria are initially unclear.
- Display strong ownership, taking complete accountability for product outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Maintain attention to detail, ensuring that product implementations meet the intended user and clinical expectations.
