About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs that drive member activation, retention, and long-term engagement across our digital and physical touchpoints. This role requires you to design and run multi-channel campaigns spanning email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail with the explicit goal of keeping members active and engaged at every stage. You will act as the consumer product marketer for new programs and features, translating clinical insights and product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with members. You will partner closely with our clinical team, including physical therapists, coaches, and care managers, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with care pathways and drive measurable improvements in member outcomes. In this position, you will be a key driver of experimentation, building hypotheses rooted in data and rigorously testing initiatives to identify what moves the needle. You will leverage AI tools not just as a novelty but as a core component of your workflow to accelerate content creation, personalization, and analysis. You will be expected to push the boundaries of how AI is used in marketing to create smarter, more responsive member communications.

What you'll do
Develop and deploy lifecycle marketing campaigns that guide members from onboarding through sustained engagement, using multi-channel touchpoints to reduce churn and increase activation rates.
Design and execute a rigorous experimentation program, running A/B and multivariate tests across channels to identify high-performing messaging, creative, and timing strategies.
Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new programs and features, collaborating with product teams to define positioning, value propositions, and launch sequences.
Synthesize consumer insights from clinical partners and data signals to inform product roadmaps and ensure marketing initiatives reflect real member needs.
Partner with the clinical team to align marketing messages with treatment protocols and care plans, ensuring consistency and reinforcing positive member behaviors.
Work alongside data science teams to build advanced segmentation models, analyze campaign performance, and create predictive insights that guide future strategies.
Utilize AI tools for content generation, personalization at scale, and performance analysis to streamline workflows and uncover new opportunities for engagement.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop messaging frameworks and brand narratives that are tested and optimized based on real-world performance data.
Present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex analytics into clear strategies and actionable next steps.
Build strong partnerships with engineering, product, operations, and analytics teams to coordinate complex initiatives and ensure seamless execution across the organization.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by documenting learnings, sharing best practices, and iterating on campaigns based on performance feedback loops.
Own the strategic planning and execution of campaigns that balance short-term engagement goals with long-term member lifetime value.
Act as the primary liaison between marketing and clinical operations, ensuring that all external communications reflect clinical best practices and evidence-based content.
Leverage automation and data triggers to create timely, relevant communications that respond to member behavior and lifecycle stage.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consumer growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or consumer product marketing with a clear record of increasing responsibility and measurable impact. Your background must include B2C marketing experience, preferably within digital health, healthcare, wellness, or consumer technology sectors where regulatory and trust considerations are paramount. You must have a proven track record of designing and executing lifecycle campaigns that span multiple channels, including email, SMS, push, and direct mail, and you must be comfortable integrating quantitative data with qualitative insights to drive ongoing optimization. Experience working with analytics platforms and partnering with data science teams on segmentation, targeting, and measurement is essential, as is the ability to translate complex data findings into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. You need to have direct experience in consumer product marketing, including developing messaging frameworks, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that successfully bring new offerings to market. You must demonstrate the ability to translate product features into narratives that resonate with target consumers and motivate behavior change. Familiarity with AI tools and an active commitment to using them in your day-to-day work is required; you should be an early adopter who seeks out technologies that improve speed, accuracy, and personalization in marketing efforts. You must be able to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, influencing stakeholders across product, engineering, data science, creative, and operations with clarity and confidence. Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory, as you will regularly present strategy, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. You must be proactive in identifying risks, troubleshooting roadblocks, and driving projects forward with minimal oversight, showing a bias toward action and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Practical notes
