Lead Creative Program Manager
Job description
Lead Creative Program Manager at Hinge Health.
About the role
Hinge Health recognizes the brand and creative function as a strategic lever that shapes how the organization shows up to members, providers, and partners. In this Lead Creative Program Manager role on the Brand, Creative & Content team, you will architect and run the systems that power creative execution across digital channels and key brand touchpoints. The role sits at the intersection of creative, content, marketing, and development, translating business priorities into scalable programs with a particular focus on AI-driven creative operations and our website ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end management of complex, multi-workstream initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while driving change management across a broad cross-functional landscape. This position requires an advanced program leader who can turn ambiguity into clear frameworks and roadmaps that multiple teams can execute against reliably.
What you'll do
Analyze utilization, throughput, and quality across creative teams to spot bottlenecks and evolve processes, tools, and ways of working so teams operate efficiently and at the top of their license.
Introduce and refine QA standards, publishing workflows, documentation, and governance to streamline repeatable work such as templates, campaigns, and localization while balancing impact, feasibility, and team capacity.
Act as the central connector between strategy and execution by bridging high-level brand and marketing objectives with creative and content, proactively surfacing risks and dependencies and driving clear, timely decisions.
Own and optimize the creative tooling stack and manage agencies and vendors, defining scopes, SLAs, performance standards, and budgets to maximize value and reliability across the ecosystem.
Define and execute an AI and automation strategy across the Brand, Creative & Content team, using utilization, efficiency, quality metrics, and ROI insights to continuously improve how creative work gets done.
Design and implement operational clarity by creating processes, ownership models, and decision frameworks that work across Marketing, Creative, Content, and Development teams.
Evaluate and recommend creative technology and vendor solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the website ecosystem and other key platforms while maintaining performance and security standards.
Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards, track utilization and efficiency metrics, and use data to recommend operational changes that improve speed and quality.
Lead the adoption of new tools and workflows through training, documentation, and cross-functional communication, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Elevate the creative bar by setting clear standards and rituals, empowering teams, and maintaining sustainable ways of working in a high-growth environment.
Champion testing and experimentation for creative operations, measuring the impact of process changes and technology investments on program outcomes.
Represent the BCC team in cross-functional discussions, aligning senior leadership, marketing, creative, and engineering partners around shared plans and tradeoffs.
Identify and mitigate risks early, developing contingency plans and transparent communication to keep complex programs on track.
Partner with localization and content operations to ensure scalable, consistent experiences across markets and channels.
Support the development of long-term creative operations roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and capacity.
Requirements
Bring 8+ years of experience in creative operations, program management, or similar operational roles within marketing, creative, or agency environments, with a track record of owning and scaling complex, cross-functional programs end to end.
Demonstrate proven experience leading complex web or digital programs from intake and prioritization through launch and measurement, working across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Show hands-on experience applying AI and automation in creative or marketing contexts, including content generation, workflow automation, performance tracking, and defining success metrics and measuring ROI.
Maintain a strong background in web operations and governance, including processes, QA, publishing workflows, documentation, and cross-functional decision-making.
Show demonstrated ability to create operational clarity, designing and implementing processes, ownership models, and decision frameworks that work across Marketing, Creative, Content, and Development.
Have experience managing creative tooling ecosystems, such as project management platforms, DAMs, design and video tools, and AI tools, and leading successful adoption across teams.
Have experience managing agencies and external vendors, including performance management and budget oversight.
Exhibit strong data fluency, comfort building and interpreting dashboards, tracking utilization and efficiency metrics, and using data to recommend operational changes.
Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven success aligning senior leadership, marketing, creative, and engineering partners around shared plans and tradeoffs.
Thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment with shifting priorities, exercising sound judgment and proactively surfacing risks and options to stakeholders.
Embrace a culture of collaboration, building strong team rituals and empowering others while elevating the creative bar and maintaining healthy, sustainable ways of working.
Commit to upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and governance in all creative operations and web programs.
Engage actively with cross-functional partners to ensure that processes, tools, and workflows support both strategic objectives and day-to-day execution.
