About the role
You will spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, owning the full delivery of Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification, and Inventory Management in large-scale transformation initiatives. You will act as a key architect for solution design, translating complex business requirements into scalable and optimized Oracle Cloud configurations that adhere to industry best practices. This role positions you as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, where you will champion process improvements and automation opportunities across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle. You will lead critical collaboration sessions, steering configuration reviews and validating solutions to ensure they meet stringent quality and business objectives. Furthermore, you will mentor junior team members, elevating the collective capability of the delivery team while contributing strategically to the growth of Highstreet IT's Oracle SCM practice. You will develop and manage reusable assets such as accelerators and templates, ensuring efficient and consistent project execution. Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes and strengthening Highstreet IT's reputation in the Oracle SCM domain.

What you'll do
- Drive the configuration and realization of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, translating intricate business challenges into robust, scalable, and optimized system modules.
- Orchestrate and facilitate track cadence meetings and stakeholder sessions, crafting Lean specifications and conducting FUTs to ensure alignment and validate proposed solutions.
- Lead comprehensive requirement gathering workshops, meticulously analyzing and documenting business needs before converting them into precise Oracle Cloud configurations.
- Function as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners, proactively recommending strategic process improvements and identifying automation opportunities throughout the P2P lifecycle.
- Lead and facilitate Critical Review Process (CRP) sessions, dynamic solution demonstrations, and structured user training programs to ensure seamless adoption.
- Assume end-to-end ownership of module-level delivery, rigorously managing responsibilities across the complete project lifecycle from initial Design through to final Deployment.
- Champion the enforcement of timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints, ensuring all deliverables are met within established parameters.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies before they can impact the program delivery.
- Provide expert-level support during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization phases to resolve issues efficiently.
- Define and oversee integration touchpoints, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts, reviewing their deliverables and fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a library of accelerators, standardized templates, and reusable assets, directly supporting the growth of Highstreet IT's Oracle SCM practice and its go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead solution validation and FUT activities, ensuring that configurations are robust, error-free, and fully aligned with defined business requirements.
- Drive the development of insightful reporting strategies utilizing OTBI and BIP tools to support data-driven decision-making for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Possess 7-12+ years of cumulative professional experience specifically within the Oracle SCM domain, demonstrating a deep and broad understanding of the ecosystem.
- Have direct, hands-on involvement in a minimum of 2-3 full end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Proven history of leading module-level delivery, taking ownership of complex configurations and guiding the solution lifecycle independently.
- Bring prior experience working within global consulting environments, showcasing your ability to operate effectively in a high-paced, international delivery model.
- Exhibit strong hands-on expertise and practical knowledge across core Oracle Cloud SCM modules, specifically Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Supplier Qualification frameworks, and Inventory Management.
- Demonstrate a strong and sophisticated understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process end-to-end, including nuances in sourcing, contracting, and fulfillment.
- Show a deep comprehension of data migration strategies and system integration methodologies, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity.
- Possess a good working understanding of FBDI templates, REST and SOAP-based integration frameworks, OTBI analytics, and BIP reporting functionalities.
- Highlight exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven track record of conducting workshops and leading complex solution discussions with autonomy.
