As our Solutions Consultant, you will own the end-to-end process of assisting builders with the integration and optimization of our Estimate module within their existing workflows. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, actionable steps that directly address specific business challenges. A core part of your ownership involves building deep consultative relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring they not only implement the tool but also fully realize its strategic value. You will be responsible for diagnosing inefficiencies in current estimating practices and positioning Higharc as the catalyst for improved reliability and speed. This position requires you to own the narrative of digital transformation for home builders, guiding them from initial concept through to confident daily usage. Ultimately, you will own the outcome of customer success, ensuring that our partners see a measurable return on their investment through superior estimating efficiency.

What you'll do
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with builders to map current estimating workflows and pinpoint specific areas where the Estimate module can generate tangible efficiency gains.
Lead interactive training workshops that empower construction teams to leverage Higharc's capabilities, focusing on hands-on module navigation and real-world application.
Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, diagnosing integration issues and guiding them through configuration to align with their unique project requirements.
Translate complex product functionalities into clear, step-by-step implementation plans that facilitate smooth onboarding and reduce time-to-value.
Collaborate internally with engineering and product teams to synthesize customer feedback, translating frontline insights into prioritized product improvements.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistent delivery across all customer engagements.
Present detailed implementation roadmaps and ROI projections to customer leadership, securing executive buy-in and aligning on strategic objectives.
Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts, advocating for additional Higharc modules that enhance the core estimating solution.
Monitor industry trends in home construction technology, positioning Higharc as a forward-thinking partner attuned to the market's evolving needs.
Own the documentation of customer success stories and use cases, building a library of proof points that validate the module's impact on estimating accuracy and speed.
Coordinate cross-functional support during critical implementation phases, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, delivery, and product teams.
Guide customers through data migration and system integration tasks, ensuring a clean transition to Higharc with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Champion the adoption of standardized estimating templates, helping builders standardize their processes to unlock the full analytical power of the platform.
Facilitate quarterly business reviews with key accounts, reviewing performance metrics and identifying further optimization opportunities within the Estimate module.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in estimating or purchasing roles, with a demonstrated history of success in the home building sector or a closely related field that involves complex estimation practices.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing functions, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques to extract insights and support detailed customer reporting.
Have a proven track record of designing and leading training sessions, implementation projects, or onboarding programs for technical or specialized audiences in a B2B context.
Exhibit strong project management capabilities, managing multiple priorities and coordinating effectively with both internal departments and external client teams toward shared goals.
Be comfortable presenting detailed proposals and solution architectures to customer leadership, engaging stakeholders who are not the primary day-to-day users of the software.
Show excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, applying a methodical approach to deconstruct complex challenges and identify root causes with precision.
Maintain outstanding communication abilities, characterized by a friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor when interacting with a diverse range of customers in a remote setting.
Possess a reliable home office setup capable of supporting high-quality video conferencing and asynchronous collaboration with distributed teams across the United States.

Previous hands-on experience with the Higharc Estimate module, which would allow you to provide deeper insights and more effective guidance to customers.
A background working within the construction or home building industry, providing contextual relevance that enhances your credibility during customer discussions.
Familiarity with common project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall frameworks, to help streamline adoption and process optimization.

This is a remote position based in the United States with flexible working hours to accommodate diverse schedules.
