Software Engineer, Materials
Job description
About the role
Higharc is on a mission to redefine how home designs are connected to real-world products. In this role, you will own the architecture and implementation of systems that manage the lifecycle of materials, from initial selection to final procurement. You will build the critical bridge that connects user design decisions with tangible product data and commercial realities. Your work will directly govern how users interact with material catalogs, interpret pricing structures, and verify availability in real time. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex business rules around materials are translated into intuitive and robust software experiences. This position is crucial for the success of a newly formed team dedicated to establishing the foundational logic of our product offerings. You will have the opportunity to shape best practices and establish the technical standards that define our materials platform. Your contributions will be visible in the core user flows that determine whether a design can move from concept to reality.
Key facts
