We are currently seeking a Strategic Technical Consultant to join our operations in Vietnam. This role represents a new duty order within our delivery structure, focused on translating client complexity into clear technical pathways. You will own the full engagement narrative, operating as the client-facing extension of our delivery engine in Vietnam. Designing scalable digital platforms and deep-tech systems forms the core of your daily responsibilities, supported by a structured framework of guidance. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City and operates on a Fulltime engagement basis, with compensation ranging from 25,000,000 VND to 35,000,000 VND.

Your primary responsibilities will involve orchestrating intake sessions to clarify objectives and align solution architecture with client expectations. You will construct modular platforms and deep-tech components, integrating AI capabilities and robust security standards throughout the development lifecycle. System performance examination and validation of deliverables against defined business outcomes will precede client review, ensuring alignment and quality. Coordinating iterative reviews with engineering teams allows for solution refinement and responsive addressing of emerging requirements.

You will manage the shipping of validated releases through controlled deployment pipelines, concurrently documenting configurations for operational stability. Collaboration with regional and global partners remains essential to synchronize solutions, share knowledge, and expand market reach effectively. Translating technical constraints into clear guidance for stakeholders supports informed decision making across the organization. Maintaining comprehensive solution documentation and architectural diagrams ensures clarity for future enhancements and audits, reinforcing our commitment to ISO 27001 standards.

The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in consulting or client services. A strong grasp of digital platforms, data architecture, and deep-tech implementation principles is necessary. Demonstrating familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and enterprise platform delivery methods is required. Fluency in English is necessary for direct communication with international clients and stakeholders, facilitating seamless interaction and understanding.

Candidates with Preferred knowledge of AI technologies, robotics, and large-scale enterprise platforms hold a distinct advantage. These capabilities enhance our capacity to deliver innovative solutions that meet complex client challenges. What you'll do

• Interpret strategic business challenges and convert them into coherent technical narratives for client stakeholders.
• Architect modular digital platforms and deep-tech components that align with long-term enterprise objectives.
• Integrate AI capabilities and security controls directly into solution designs from the earliest scoping phases.
• Evaluate system performance metrics and validate deliverables against predefined business outcomes prior to client presentation.
• Lead iterative refinement sessions with engineering teams to adapt solutions based on emerging requirements and feedback.
• Supervise the deployment of validated releases through controlled pipelines to ensure stability and traceability.
• Produce detailed configuration documentation that supports operational continuity and future system administration.
• Act as a central coordination point for regional and global partners to synchronize delivery timelines and knowledge transfer.
• Transform complex technical limitations into actionable guidance that enables stakeholders to make informed strategic choices.
• Maintain end-to-end solution documentation and architectural diagrams to support audits, future enhancements, and continuity planning.

Requirements

• Bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on consulting or client services experience within a solution delivery context.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital platforms, data architecture, and deep-tech implementation methodologies.
• Show proven familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and enterprise platform delivery frameworks.
• Communicate fluently in English to ensure seamless collaboration with international clients and stakeholders.
• Exhibit discipline in following structured guidance while maintaining ownership of the full engagement narrative.
• Apply analytical rigor when validating system performance and business outcome alignment before client review.
• Engage constructively with engineering teams during iterative reviews to refine solutions under changing requirements.
• Adhere to ISO 27001 standards when handling documentation, configurations, and sensitive system information.
