About the role
You will own the end-to-end management of international IT delivery projects, ensuring that both Dedicated Team partnerships and Fixed-Price initiatives are executed with precision and client trust. You will translate ambiguous business requests into concrete, executable plans while maintaining clarity, honesty, and momentum for all stakeholders. As the central communication hub, you will use your judgment to leverage AI tools for efficiency without compromising quality or accountability. You will anticipate risks, facilitate decisive discussions, and guide clients toward the right decisions to protect scope, budget, and timelines. This role requires you to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, adapting your style to the specific needs of each project model. You will actively look for ways to strengthen client relationships and identify upsell opportunities that align with Gradion's growth goals. When necessary, you will travel to client sites to resolve complex issues and reinforce high-touch partnerships. Ultimately, you will be responsible for turning delivery excellence into sustainable business growth for Gradion and its clients.

What you'll do
Coordinate end-to-end execution for IT delivery projects within Dedicated Team and Fixed-Price engagement models.
Convert ambiguous client requirements into clear scope, documented assumptions, and measurable success criteria.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment.
Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of project risks with transparent communication and actionable options.
Implement strict change management practices to keep Fixed-Price projects within scope, budget, and margin.
Maintain a healthy capacity plan, prioritize workstreams, and ensure continuous alignment in Dedicated Team engagements.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, risk assessment, reporting, and stakeholder communication while validating all outputs.
Proactively monitor account health and surface opportunities for expansion and business development.
Arrange and participate in travel to client sites when it contributes to project success or strengthens relationships.
Establish and maintain regular delivery reporting cadences that provide clarity and support fast decision-making.
Define and track project milestones, ensuring predictability and timely delivery of measurable outcomes.
Champion a culture of ownership, where issues are raised early and addressed collaboratively.
Optimize workflows by integrating modern tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
Act as a trusted advisor, balancing technical realities with client expectations to keep projects on track.
Requirements
Hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Bring a minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in IT development.
Possess hands-on experience managing both Dedicated Team and Fixed-Price projects successfully.
Demonstrate excellent international English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Have proven ability to work effectively with cross-cultural, English-speaking teams.
Show a strong track record of transforming unclear client requirements into well-defined, deliverable scope.
Exhibit the confidence to raise risks and difficult topics early with clients and internal stakeholders.
Display comfort using AI tools in daily work, along with the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to verify it further.
Maintain a proactive, growth-oriented mindset and the adaptability to respond quickly when priorities shift.
Have hands-on technical experience or a solid understanding of software development processes.
Commit to adhering to Gradion's standards, processes, and quality guidelines in all engagements.
Be prepared to travel occasionally to client locations when project needs require in-person support.
Embrace continuous learning and apply new practices to improve project outcomes and team collaboration.

Travel to client sites may be required when it helps the project or the relationship.
Assignments are full-time positions based in Ho Chi Minh City.
