Business Operations Intern
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end execution of business operations initiatives that directly support how Gradion creates growth and delivers value to clients. Instead of being assigned narrow tasks, you will run projects across Sales, Marketing, and Brand & Community, seeing how each piece connects to the overall business strategy. You will gather and analyze market and opportunity data, turning insights into practical recommendations that teams use to make decisions. You will assist in shaping marketing directions and content ideas, helping campaigns move from concept to live execution with clear impact. You will observe and contribute to how the company builds client relationships and turns conversations into structured proposals and deals. You will use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini as core productivity instruments to research, analyze, and prototype solutions quickly. If you are curious, hands on, and ready to learn by doing, you will find this role a practical environment to understand how a technology consulting company operates and to test ideas that could shape how Gradion shows up in the market.
