You will craft and maintain the automation architecture that ensures platform reliability during aggressive scaling, translating ambiguous business requirements into precise, executable test flows. Your work will directly underpin release confidence by validating stability and performance against rigorous acceptance criteria, while you orchestrate shipping validations and coordinate with cross-functional partners to define interfaces and observability practices. Ultimately, your guidance will establish verification suites and dashboards that provide actionable insights, enabling the entire engineering organization to deliver robust solutions efficiently.

This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. The engagement is full-time, with a compensation package of 220,000,000 VND per month.

What you'll do

• Design intake pipelines that capture test requirements and prepare execution data to establish a solid foundation for validation activities.

Requirements

• Bring three years of hands-on experience with test automation and scripting to demonstrate consistent execution of complex test scenarios.
• Apply a practical understanding of at least one general-purpose programming language to develop and maintain automation solutions.
• Use practical experience with API testing methods and validate response correctness to ensure services behave as expected under various conditions.
• Employ knowledge of database concepts and write queries that support test verification, enabling deep inspection of data states and transformations.
• Leverage version control systems to manage code and collaborate effectively with peers, maintaining a clean and traceable history of changes.
• Read tickets, specifications, and documentation to extract test conditions, translating high-level descriptions into concrete test cases.
• Communicate clearly in English during discussions, documentation, and reviews to ensure alignment across global stakeholders.
