The intern will contribute to the accuracy of workforce data and the integrity of sensitive employee records.
The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and operates on a full-time basis. The engagement is structured as an internship with a competitive monthly stipend. The duration requires a serious multi-year commitment to learning and contribution.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will manage the lifecycle of employee documentation within the organization. This includes organizing personnel files and acting as the signatory authority for specific administrative actions. Tasks involve processing labor contracts and handling resignation procedures according to internal guidelines.
Maintaining accurate workforce statistics is a critical function. The intern will chart headcount movements and update the master Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This ensures real-time visibility into organizational structure for global clients. Data accuracy is paramount to support strategic decision-making.
Another core duty involves serving as the central administrative contact for staff documentation. The intern will collect required employee information and verify its completeness. This role ensures that all personnel files meet compliance standards and are ready for audits.
