- Organize project priorities and monitor progress to maintain momentum across engineering and business teams.

- Translate business needs into technology solutions while coordinating stakeholders and clarifying requirements.

- Conduct research using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to structure information and refine workflows.

- Support coordination for technology projects, ensuring schedules, resources, and communication stay aligned.

- Shape complex problems into clear structures that help teams collaborate and execute more effectively.

- Engage with consultants, engineers, and business partners to understand challenges and drive solutions.

- Review processes and outcomes, then provide feedback that improves how teams plan and deliver.

- Share ideas in Academy sessions, accept feedback, and refine your contributions over time.

- Build real digital solutions through hands-on involvement in planning, building, and validating technology projects.

- Prepare for product demos, workshops, and company events that showcase team achievements. Requirements

- You must bring curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail to every task you handle.

- You need the ability to unite people, organize information, and move projects forward without close supervision.

- You should understand how to coordinate tasks, track progress, and communicate across teams and stakeholders.

- You must be available during working hours in Ho Chi Minh City and agree to data processing terms under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP. Nice to Have
