This role is a critical contribution to our digital engineering capabilities. You will design end-to-user flows and translate them into functional features. Your work directly coordinates with data models and server logic. You own the full lifecycle of web modules from initial analysis to stable release. Decisions you make directly influence complex system behavior for enterprise customers.

Location and Engagement

The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. The engagement is full-time. The compensation range is 22000 USD to 30000 USD yearly.

Key Responsibilities

You will design scalable interfaces that meet client demands while ensuring long-term code maintainability. You will coordinate with analysts to refine specifications. This alignment ensures technical constraints support business objectives within the Vietnam region. You will construct service layers and API contracts. These connections ensure secure communication between frontend components and backend workflows.

Automating verification routines is essential to catch regressions early. These routines ensure quality gates are met before production promotion. You will optimize rendering paths and response times. This effort ensures Vue interfaces remain responsive under varied network conditions.

Guiding junior developers is a core duty. You will lead code reviews and pairing sessions. This guidance elevates overall team craftsmanship in the region. You will establish deployment pipelines. These pipelines must allow frequent updates without disrupting existing customer operations globally.

Mapping product requirements to technical tasks is a daily activity. This mapping ensures the team understands priorities and tradeoffs clearly.

Requirements

You must possess at least three years of hands-on experience with PHP. This experience must be proven in production environments. You must write object-oriented PHP that adheres to clean architecture. Your code must avoid tight coupling across modules.

You must structure Vue applications with clear component boundaries. Proper use of props and events ensures predictable behavior. Effective version control usage is mandatory. You will manage collaborative changes and resolve merge conflicts professionally.

Strong communication skills are required. You will clarify needs with clients and teammates. You will adjust implementation plans as circumstances change.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience with PHP, with demonstrable proof of delivering solutions in production environments.

• Must structure Vue.js applications with well-defined component boundaries and a clear separation of concerns.
