The Project Manager at Gradion serves as the primary owner for the complete lifecycle of demanding international IT delivery engagements, encompassing both Dedicated Team arrangements and Fixed-Price project structures. Requirements
Clients expect a high degree of clarity and transparency; therefore, you must be capable of explaining intricate tradeoffs in plain, easily understandable language and meticulously documenting all key decisions for future reference. You are required to bring a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable experience handling complex projects from end to end, including direct exposure to managing strict timelines, detailed budgets, and cross-functional coordination efforts. Fluency in English is absolutely essential to communicate effectively with global clients and to interpret technical documentation without any ambiguity or misunderstanding. You must be entirely comfortable operating within dynamic enterprise environments where standard processes continuously evolve and project priorities frequently shift during active implementation phases. A proven understanding of Artificial Intelligence tools and their specific applications in planning, reporting, and workflow automation within project contexts is a strict requirement for this position. You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate the inevitable challenges that arise during complex digital transformation initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable as they form the basis of trust with clients and team members. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while still collaborating effectively within a distributed, international team is crucial for success in this role.

Practical notes
This full-time role is based in Ho Chi Minh City. The selected candidate will work standard office hours as determined by the business needs of international clients, which may occasionally require flexibility to accommodate different time zones. Travel requirements are minimal, primarily focused on local client visits within the Ho Chi Minh City area. No visa sponsorship is available for this position; candidates must possess the necessary right to work in Vietnam. The compensation package is competitive, ranging from 2500 to 3500 USD, reflecting the scope of responsibility and the specialized skill set required for this role.
