Engineering Lead
Job description
About the role
You will own the design and execution of technical audits that reveal hidden weaknesses in project delivery across our portfolio. You will partner with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to translate audit findings into concrete improvement roadmaps that teams can execute on. You will act as the primary mentor for senior engineers, elevating their ability to review code, refine architecture, and strengthen unit and integration testing. You will define and maintain the benchmarks for engineering quality, ensuring our practices align with enterprise-grade standards. You will drive the adoption of better development workflows, tooling, and documentation to reduce risk and increase predictability. You will collaborate with leadership to shape hiring strategies and capability programs that close skill gaps across our engineering organization. You will own key relationships with client technical stakeholders, communicating the health of engineering practices and the impact of improvements. You will contribute to the development of reusable assets, patterns, and playbooks that scale across regions and technology stacks.
