Talent Account Executive
Job description
About the role
You will own the complete end-to-end demo-to-staff workflow for Wing Assistant from initial outreach through to placement confirmation. You are responsible for converting high-intent prospects into paying clients by orchestrating high-impact Google Meet demonstrations that showcase real talent in action. For every client conversation, you will bring two live candidates into the call so the client can evaluate Wing talent directly and in real time. You will prepare these candidates thoroughly, manage their positioning, and ensure they demonstrate the specific capabilities the prospect needs to see. You will soft-close the deal during the demo, negotiate terms in the moment, and secure commitment without relying on separate sales or handoff stages. You will handle all subsequent administrative work, including onboarding documentation and placement movement, to keep the process accelerating. In this role, you act as both the trusted advisor to the client and the operational leader for the talent experience, ensuring alignment on expectations and delivery.
