What you'll do
Make outbound calls using power and parallel dialing systems to reach prospective clients.
Leave curated voicemails for prospects and follow up with them promptly afterward.
Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects to determine their fit and interest level.
Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and coordinate with Account Executives on next steps.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects through consistent and thoughtful follow-up.
Escalate qualified opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members for further handling.
Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead status using Salesforce daily.
Utilize omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems to manage and monitor prospect engagement effectively.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the prospect pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates.
Provide detailed updates on prospect interactions and pipeline status to team leads.
Research target accounts and gather relevant information to personalize outreach communications.
Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and keep the sales pipeline active and growing.
Coordinate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies with broader lead-generation campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce for lead management and activity tracking.
Familiarity with Dialpad or other power and parallel dialing systems is required.
Experience working with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking platforms to manage prospect engagement.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for this role.
Neutral English accent required, with a voice sample submitted as part of the application.
Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills demonstrated through prior sales experience.
Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle a high volume of outbound calls each day.
Comfortable with data entry and reporting tasks to ensure CRM records are always up to date.
Nice to have
Prior experience in a remote sales environment with a track record of meeting targets.
Familiarity with additional CRM platforms beyond Salesforce, such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Background in business development or account management within a B2B SaaS company.
Ability to work across multiple time zones, covering U.S. Eastern to Pacific hours.

The schedule runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, covering U.S. Eastern to Pacific time zones.
Early, late, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts may be required as part of the coverage plan.
Candidates must have a working webcam, a computer meeting the specified hardware requirements, and stable internet.
