The Digital & Field Events Marketing Manager at Wing owns the complete lifecycle of every event program, transforming initial concept into measurable revenue outcomes. This professional is responsible for designing intake frameworks for event ideas, translating vague requests into structured plans that align with broader business objectives. They serve as the primary orchestrator for both digital and physical gatherings, ensuring that each activity supports the strategic goals of the M32 AI initiative. The hire will coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and product departments to convert interest captured at booths and badge scans into qualified meetings, opportunities, and ultimately closed revenue. They will have the autonomy to experiment with new event formats and creative concepts, provided they adhere to the brand standards and operational guidelines established by the organization. Because this is the first events hire within the team, the individual will set the foundation for how Wing hosts gatherings, meaning every decision has a long-term impact on culture and performance. Success in this role requires comfort with fast-moving priorities, the ability to pivot quickly when market feedback emerges, and a dedication to turning logistical execution into strategic advantage.

What you'll do
- Design and implement the end-to-end event strategy for Wing, mapping each touchpoint from initial outreach to post-event follow-up.
- Create standardized intake processes for event ideas and requirements, enabling consistent evaluation and prioritization of opportunities.
- Configure and manage field activities and digital sessions, ensuring that each event maintains cohesive brand language and visual identity.
- Coordinate production details for webinars, luncheons, and conferences, managing timelines, vendors, and technical requirements with precision.
- Guide review cycles for creative assets and speaker lists, facilitating structured feedback loops before public launch.
- Orchestrate shipping logistics and on-site setups, ensuring that physical environments reflect the professionalism and clarity of the Wing brand.
- Develop partnerships with venues and media outlets to amplify reach within target segments and secure high-quality audience participation.
- Monitor engagement metrics rigorously, using insights to refine future calendars, improve content formats, and boost attendance quality.
- Maintain detailed records of badges, scans, and attendee data, transforming raw information into actionable pipeline intelligence.
- Act as the central point of contact for all event-related inquiries, ensuring that internal stakeholders and external partners receive timely, accurate responses.
- Evaluate the success of each initiative against predefined KPIs, documenting learnings and best practices for replication.
- Lead pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs, aligning cross-functional teams on objectives, execution, and next steps.
- Identify emerging trends in event marketing and propose innovative formats that keep Wing ahead of competitors in the service business AI space.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including venue agreements, speaker NDAs, and promotional guidelines.
- Support the sales team by preparing tailored event proposals and ROI forecasts that help close new business and retain existing clients.
Requirements
You must possess two to four years of hands-on marketing or events experience, with a track record of managing programs from concept to completion.
An understanding of how traditional service businesses operate is necessary, as your work will directly influence how Wing positions its solutions to this specific market.
Clear written and verbal communication skills are required for daily coordination with internal teams and external partners.
You must be able to travel regionally for field events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to in-person engagement.
Comfort with fast priorities and shifting deadlines is essential for success in this role, given the dynamic nature of the startup-like environment.
You must be comfortable working autonomously while still collaborating effectively within a structured corporate framework.
