Wing Data Freelance Voice Contributor Opportunity

Wing Data is currently seeking Freelance Voice/Video Data Contributors to assist a client artificial intelligence initiative. The project focuses on generating speech data through short voice based tasks. Your participation will involve completing sessions that last five, ten, or fifteen minutes. During these sessions, you will respond to prompts or engage in brief guided conversations. The collected recordings serve to train and enhance client AI speech recognition systems. This opportunity is project based and does not constitute full time employment. Work is distributed according to contributor availability. Assignments can vary significantly in length, from a single five minute session to multiple hours of contribution within a short period.

Preferred Languages

The project specifically requires contributors fluent in one or more of the following languages. Proficiency in Tagalog is essential. Fluency in Filipino is also required. Ability in Cebuano is necessary. Contribution in Hiligaynon, also known as Ilonggo, is requested. Capability in Ilocano is included in the preferred skill set.

Compensation and Location

Contributors must be located in the Philippines. The compensation structure is based on session completion. The rate is set at 150 PHP for each finished five minute session. Payment is provided upon successful validation of the recorded material.

Responsibilities and Workflow

You will be responsible for preparing your recording environment prior to each interaction. This includes configuring your microphone and checking audio levels. During the session, you will capture clear responses while following prompt cues. It is important to adapt your speech pace to ensure the conversation sounds natural. You will facilitate short guided exchanges where participants take turns speaking. The goal is to preserve authentic, everyday language patterns without scripted dialogue. Depending on the project needs, you will switch between individual response mode and paired interaction format. Immediately after recording concludes, you must label the session metadata. This includes selecting the correct language choice and documenting the final duration.

Post recording duties involve technical verification. You must review waveform views to confirm audio validity. Any files containing excessive noise or dropouts must be flagged immediately. Organization of the tracks is the next step. You will arrange completed recordings into client specified folders. This ensures delivery batches align with scheduled training milestones. Coordination with task managers is required regarding session limits. You will communicate preferences for languages and provide updates on upcoming requirement changes.
