Getwingapp, in collaboration with M32 AI, is on the lookout for driven and innovative individuals to participate in our internship program dedicated to developing agentic AI solutions tailored for service-oriented businesses. This opportunity not only provides hands-on experience but also includes mentorship from experienced leaders in the field. High-achieving interns may have the chance to transition into full-time, paid positions upon successful completion of the program.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Software Development: Engage in the creation and upkeep of web and mobile applications utilizing technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Django, PHP, React Native, or Flutter. You will also work on integrating large language models (LLMs) and REST APIs into existing production systems.
• Product Management: Draft feature specifications and user stories for AI agents. Oversee development sprints using tools like Linear, Jira, or Notion, while analyzing user data to optimize growth funnels.
• Customer Success & Operations: Facilitate client onboarding processes and enhance customer retention strategies. Automate internal workflows with platforms such as Zapier or Make, and monitor operational metrics including customer satisfaction (CSAT) and response times.
• Marketing & Go-To-Market Strategies: Implement growth initiatives across various channels, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media. You will also be responsible for content creation, managing outreach to potential partners, and tracking conversion metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.
• Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and technology, contributing insights that can inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Feedback Loop: Participate in regular feedback sessions to discuss progress, challenges, and areas for improvement, ensuring a continuous learning experience throughout the internship.
• Networking: Build professional relationships with industry experts and fellow interns, creating a network that can support your career growth in the tech field.

Requirements

• Commitment to a duration of 3 to 6 months is essential.
• A self-motivated approach with a strong emphasis on developing and delivering tangible products.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment that demands adaptability and quick thinking.
• Proficiency in relevant tools specific to your track, such as modern web frameworks for engineering roles or CRM and automation platforms for operations positions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive project success.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in AI model testing or integration would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies or technical support processes can enhance your candidacy.
• Experience in project management or agile methodologies is a plus.
