About the role
You will own the end-to-end preparation of client deliverables for digital marketing, SEO, GEO, and analytics engagements. You will conduct in-depth SEO and generative engine optimization audits while tracking AI visibility for client properties. You will build and maintain analytics reporting dashboards that provide clients with clear, actionable visibility into performance. You will perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and translate technical findings into prioritized recommendations. You will join client calls in a supporting role and progressively present your own analysis directly to stakeholders. You will stay current on shifts in SEO, GEO, and AI search to drive continuous improvement for client work. You will support account managers in delivering high-quality outputs across multiple client accounts simultaneously. You will contribute to a mission-driven environment where your work directly supports nonprofits and organizations creating positive change.

What you'll do
- Prepare client deliverables across digital marketing, SEO, GEO, and analytics with precision and timeliness.
- Conduct SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) audits and analysis, including AI visibility tracking for evolving search landscapes.
- Build and maintain analytics reporting and dashboards that give clients clear visibility into performance and trends.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO recommendations to inform strategy and execution.
- Develop data-driven content briefs and optimization recommendations grounded in measurable insights and user intent.
- Join client calls in a supporting role, and present your own analysis to clients as you grow into the role and gain confidence.
- Translate complex data and findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both clients and internal teams.
- Support account managers in delivering high-quality work across multiple client accounts while managing competing priorities.
- Stay current on changes in SEO, GEO, and AI search, and bring new ideas and best practices to the team proactively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to align deliverables, timelines, and expectations for seamless execution.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role and the graveyard shift to support US Eastern business hours.
- 2-3 years minimum of relevant experience; ideal candidates have prior SEO or analytics work at an agency or in-house setting.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present analysis clearly and professionally to clients.
- Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average throughout your educational journey.
- Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field that provides a solid foundation for analytical work.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog in real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with AI tools and GEO/AI-visibility platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Peec AI) is a strong plus for modern search strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and a data-driven mindset that ensures accuracy and reliability.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables and deadlines at once without compromising quality.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and share insights.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to deepen expertise across SEO, GEO, and analytics through continuous learning and experimentation.

Practical notes
- Work-from-home setup is the standard arrangement for this position.
- Target of 42.5 billable hours per week is expected as part of regular workload.
- This role operates during the graveyard shift aligned with US Eastern business hours (approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST).
- This position supports real-time collaboration with US-based teams and partners during overlapping shift windows.
