About the role
You will own the end-to-end positioning and packaging of ElevenLabs for Government, translating complex public sector needs into a compelling and clear product narrative. You will scale this narrative across diverse regions including the UK, EU, Federal and State governments in the US, and public sector agencies across APAC and LATAM. You will anchor every initiative in concrete citizen outcomes such as non-emergency contact centers, benefits and eligibility, and health and social services. You will become the internal expert on conversational agents, explaining latency, telephony, tool calls, evals, and guardrails to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will lead the creation of industry content, landing pages, and thought leadership that shape the market dialogue. You will ensure all positioning aligns with accessibility, compliance, language requirements, and strict security and data residency mandates. You will work with high autonomy, taking initiative from day one and prioritizing impact over hierarchy.

What you'll do
Drive the end-to-end product marketing strategy for ElevenLabs for Government, owning positioning, messaging, and packaging from discovery through launch.
Scale the narrative and proof points across national and local government segments in the UK, federal and state levels in the US, and public sector agencies across APAC and LATAM.
Translate complex government workflows into clear value propositions centered on citizen outcomes including 311-style contact centers, benefits and eligibility, health and social services, and licensing and permitting.
Position the solution with respect to accessibility standards, regulatory compliance, language coverage, and security and data residency requirements.
Become the internal expert on AI conversational agents, explaining technical concepts such as latency, telephony, tool calls, evaluation metrics, and safety guardrails.
Lead the development of industry content, landing pages, case studies, and thought leadership that influence public sector decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure go-to-market materials support deal execution and technical discovery.
Manage multiple country and regional initiatives simultaneously, coordinating priorities across different regulatory regimes and launch timelines.
Champion the voice of the customer by integrating feedback from government stakeholders into ongoing narrative evolution.
Own the end-to-end messaging framework, ensuring consistency while enabling regional teams to adapt content to local needs.
Define and track key messaging metrics, iterating based on market response and sales feedback.
Partner with demand generation and communications to align campaigns with product marketing narratives.
Support the creation of executive-level briefings, proposals, and responses to security questionnaires.
Act as a bridge between technical product capabilities and public sector buyer requirements.
Requirements
You have experience in product marketing, growth, or product management, with a proven track record of scaling messaging into Government and Public Sector segments.
You have sold or marketed into more than one segment of the public sector, understanding the nuances of each.
You are technically proficient, capable of becoming an internal expert on conversational AI agents, including latency, telephony, tool calls, evals, and guardrails.
You demonstrate excellent project management skills, managing complexity across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and simultaneous launches.
You take initiative and work autonomously from day one, proactively prioritizing learning and contribution while setting aside ego.
You communicate clearly and persuasively, able to distill complex technical concepts into accessible narratives for diverse stakeholders.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment with minimal bureaucracy.
You are committed to excellence, ensuring that your work matches the quality of the underlying AI models.
Nice to have
Experience in voice technology, AI audio, or speech synthesis platforms.
Background in enterprise software sales or marketing within highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with government procurement processes, security documentation, and compliance frameworks.
