Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and oversee the global fulfillment and logistics strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall growth plans and profit targets.
- Lead complex operational projects such as migrating to third-party logistics providers, establishing new warehouses, and integrating cutting-edge fulfillment technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Finance to develop comprehensive supply chain readiness plans for new product launches on a global scale.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the Order-to-Delivery process, and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Work with finance, sales, and product teams to create detailed scenario models that evaluate potential market expansions, carrier changes, and inventory management strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery accuracy, optimize shipping costs, and innovate delivery strategies to meet customer expectations for precise estimated delivery dates.
- Harmonize regional operational needs into a cohesive global framework, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency as the company expands its footprint.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global team, fostering leadership development, accountability, and a culture of strategic thinking and operational excellence.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including executive leadership, regional managers, and operational staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
- Oversee the implementation of new logistics technologies and systems, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across regions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), where applicable, and maintain high standards of quality and safety in all operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree such as an MBA or MS is highly preferred.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in operations strategy, logistics, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of leading complex global projects in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive operational scaling and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in scenario modeling, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with executive leadership, regional teams, and external partners.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading change management initiatives.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty, solve complex problems, and develop innovative solutions that balance cost, speed, and quality.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software, ERP/WMS systems, and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of global logistics regulations and standards, including ITAR compliance where applicable.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or APICS CSCP.
- Extensive experience with global ERP/WMS implementations and e-commerce platform integrations, such as Shopify Plus.
- Background in management consulting or senior operations roles within high-growth technology or manufacturing companies.
- Experience working with international shipping carriers and understanding of customs and import/export regulations.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and initiatives within supply chain operations.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, including ERP and WMS systems.
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting and insights.
- Project management expertise, with familiarity in methodologies such as Agile or Lean.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation
At Form Labs, we believe in fair and competitive compensation. The annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $220,000, depending on your skills, experience, and potential impact. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for equity through RSUs, enabling shared ownership in the company's success.
