The position is based in Somerville, Massachusetts. You will engage in full cycle recruiting across technology, manufacturing, marketing, sales, services, and finance. The compensation package includes a $140,000 base salary with a $100,000 target total. The role requires four years of prior recruiting experience.
What you'll do
You will build talent pipelines by mapping creative sourcing strategies to find passive and diverse candidates. You will establish relationships with local schools and community networks to maintain strong talent pools. You will coordinate interviews from initial outreach to final offer, using Greenhouse and Gem integrated inside Google Sheets. You will partner with leaders across departments to support hiring needs for technology, manufacturing, and sales roles.
You will drive improvements to our recruiting practices so the process scales and delivers better results. Training hiring managers on networking and effective hiring is part of the role, because everyone participates in growing our teams. You will track results with data to communicate clearly with stakeholders and refine sourcing and selection methods. You will ship offers and close roles quickly, ensuring candidates experience smooth resolution from start to finish.
You
The ideal candidate has full cycle recruiting experience with operations roles. You are comfortable navigating an ATS, a CRM, and Google Sheets. You are ready to jump in and support hiring needs across the company, including tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, and manufacturing. You have a bias for action and are solution oriented. You possess a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find and engage with passive and diverse talent. You have experience building and maintaining relationships with local talent pools, such as schools and community networks. You have strong written and verbal communication skills to craft unique and effective messaging. You naturally use data to track results, improve process, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. You enjoy establishing connections and meeting new people.
Bonus Points
International recruiting experience is valued. Complex project or program management experience is a plus. A passion for technology and 3D printing is beneficial.
