- You will be a key leader in new product introduction (NPI), managing the entire lifecycle from concept to mass production.
- This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, both internally and with our manufacturing partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead NPI programs for new 3D printers and accessories, ensuring successful product launches that meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing plans, including capacity planning, production scheduling, and materials management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles are implemented and to resolve any production challenges.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and other key suppliers in the region, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Proactively manage risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and escalating concerns as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate program status and updates to key organizational stakeholders, including executive leadership.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- MBA is considered a plus</li> <li>5+ years of experience in operations program management, preferably in the consumer electronics or high-tech manufacturing industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Results-oriented and attention to detail</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully launching new products into mass production.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and supply chain management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.</li> <li>Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 40%</li> </ul>
