The Operation Program Manager for Southeast Asia will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing operational programs across the Southeast Asian region from the Hanoi office. This role involves working cross-functionally with teams in operations, logistics, and regional partnerships to ensure that program objectives are met on time and within scope. The position serves as a key point of coordination for regional operational initiatives and helps translate global strategies into actionable plans for the Southeast Asia market.

What you'll do

• Coordinate operational programs across Southeast Asian markets and align them with company-wide strategic objectives and priorities.
• Work closely with regional teams to define program scope, establish timelines, and identify key deliverables for each initiative.
• Track program milestones and report progress to leadership on a regular basis using data-driven insights and status updates.
• Identify potential risks and blockers in ongoing programs and develop proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, finance, and regional business partners.
• Ensure that all program documentation and standard operating procedures are maintained, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the rollout of new operational processes and improvements in the Southeast Asia region to drive efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with headquarters teams to translate global strategies and best practices into regionally appropriate action plans.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners that support regional program execution and delivery of operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program performance data, identifying trends, and recommending meaningful process changes.
• Liaise with local teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that program outputs meet regional needs.
• Monitor budget allocations for regional programs and flag any variances or concerns to the appropriate leadership teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in program management or operations with a regional or international focus is required for this role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required to coordinate across teams and regions effectively.
• Ability to work across cultural boundaries and coordinate with diverse stakeholders in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and relevant tools is expected to support structured program delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field such as business, operations, or engineering.
• Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region as needed to support on-the-ground program activities.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is a valuable asset for tracking program performance and outcomes.
• Prior experience managing vendor or partner relationships in a regional context is considered beneficial.

• Experience working in the manufacturing or hardware industry with an understanding of production and supply chain dynamics.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets, business practices, and the regulatory landscape across the region.
• Knowledge of 3D printing or additive manufacturing technologies and how they are applied in various industries.
• Fluency in Vietnamese or another regional language would be an advantage for local stakeholder engagement.
• Previous experience in a program management role within a multinational organization operating across multiple countries.
