Key facts
What you'll do
- Monitor daily order flows across multiple platforms, ensuring synchronization between Shopify, NetSuite, and our third-party logistics (3PL) systems.
- Address and resolve order exceptions, including issues related to address validation, inventory shortages, and SKU mismatches, to minimize shipping delays.
- Coordinate daily pickups with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, collaborating closely with warehouse personnel to ensure timely dispatch of all eligible orders.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation by participating in weekly cycle counts and investigating any discrepancies between physical stock and digital records.
- Work alongside Customer Success teams to provide timely updates on critical orders, including any transit delays or disruptions in regional deliveries.
- Enhance shipping accuracy by auditing outbound packaging and documentation to ensure compliance with regional regulations and carrier requirements.
- Review daily fulfillment reports to identify orders that have surpassed processing service level agreements (SLAs), escalating issues to the Senior Coordinator or Regional Head as necessary.
- Facilitate the management of regional returns and reverse logistics, ensuring that returned items are processed, inspected, and either restocked or disposed of in line with company policies.
- Serve as the main contact for resolving synchronization errors, ensuring that any orders that are stuck are identified and resolved within a 24-hour timeframe.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant operational experience may also be considered.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in roles related to fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics coordination, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.
- A solid grasp of order-to-cash processes and fundamental warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment where priorities can shift frequently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise updates to both internal teams and external logistics partners.
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude, dedicated to delivering high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Nice to have
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and generating simple reports.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, or standard Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of regional carrier networks and a basic understanding of domestic shipping regulations.

- The annual salary for this role ranges from $62,000 to $75,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and overall impact on the organization.
