• Actively participate in product development, contributing technical expertise and insights to enhance product quality.

• Lead the team in meeting project milestones, providing input on timelines, and collaborating with leaders across various functions to streamline product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams within the 3D printing or related industries.
• Expertise in designing and producing complex electrical systems, with a solid understanding of embedded systems and programming.
• A track record of successfully bringing multiple products from concept to production, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various technical domains.
• A proactive mindset, comfortable making decisions even when faced with incomplete information.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, capable of connecting technical initiatives to customer value and business objectives.

• This position is based in Somerville, MA, and requires on-site presence to facilitate collaboration with the engineering team.
• The role offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $260,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
