Requirements
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams within the 3D printing or related industries.
- Expertise in designing and producing complex electrical systems, with a solid understanding of embedded systems and programming.
- A track record of successfully bringing multiple products from concept to production, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various technical domains.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable making decisions even when faced with incomplete information.

- The role offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $260,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
