About the role
You own the end to end client journey for roofing related service opportunities within the commercial construction sector. You own the daily management of key accounts while actively seeking new business through disciplined outreach and networking. You own the responsibility of being the primary liaison between Flynn and building owners or property managers. You own the process of translating client needs into tailored roofing service solutions. You own the follow through on every quote and tender to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You own the representation of the Flynn brand at every industry touchpoint you attend. You own the contribution to business development metrics and the growth of the service division.

What you'll do
Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell potential.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business across existing portfolios.
Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn's brand consistency.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions that align with project goals.
Represent Flynn at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner for accurate project execution.
Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders using digital tools to convey project scope and value.
Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and structured social media engagement to build awareness.
Contribute to business development by networking at BOMA and IFMA meetings as well as through cold calling.
Utilize industry specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD to produce precise documentation and drawings.
Conduct proactive outreach to property managers and business owners to uncover new service needs.
Manage the service pipeline from initial contact through project close out ensuring structured follow up.
Maintain a high level of organization to track multiple client interactions and deadlines without drop in quality.
Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by identifying opportunities to expand Flynn's service offerings in the market.
Requirements
Experience in a construction environment is required and Service Roofing or Sales experience is considered an asset for this role.
Exceptional communication skills must be evident in both written and verbal interactions with all stakeholders.
Organizational skills need to be outstanding to manage competing priorities and tight project timelines effectively.
You must have proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A relationship focused mindset is required with a passion for client service and sustainable business growth.
Entrepreneurial spirit is necessary to drive initiatives that expand service offerings and market share.
Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory along with industry specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
