This position is a full-time role within the Service Division in Commercial Roofing, operating 40 hours per week from 7:30 to 4:00, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility on start and end times. A Day in the Life

This role serves as the initial point of contact for our customers, requiring strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude. Success demands self-motivation, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software.
Key responsibilities include managing file systems to ensure information is current and accurate, collecting and maintaining customer contact and relevant data, directing calls and information to the correct internal parties, leading and tracking service department accounts payable and accounts receivable, managing various project-related documents, tracking and reporting service inventory allocation, maintaining employee paperwork, and completing other duties as assigned or required.
What You Bring
Candidates must meet specific qualifications and demonstrate consistent behaviors. A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role is required. Experience within a construction environment is a significant asset. Invoicing experience is also valued. You must be fluent in CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs, organized, self-motivated, and able to work with urgency. The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities is essential. Professional courtesy and a customer-focused mindset are required in every interaction. Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic are fundamental.

Core Responsibilities
You will own daily customer interactions and ensure documentation accuracy for Commercial Roofing. Your work directly supports field teams and helps maintain schedule integrity. Decisions are guided by principles of safety, honesty, and integrity while you manage varied tasks.
Key duties include driving intake processes to ensure clean information flow between customers and crews, building project files while updating records inside CRM and Microsoft Office tools, reviewing schedules and calls to confirm routing toward correct teams daily, shipping project documents and service inventory reports with precise tracking, partnering with departments to manage AP and AR while monitoring service costs, coordinating document control for construction packages and maintaining employee files, updating allocation data for service inventory and verifying location accuracy, and supporting training through Flynn University modules on leadership and development paths.
Requirements
You must hold two years of experience in administrative roles within fast-paced settings. Experience inside construction environments should guide your daily choices. An invoicing background will help you navigate complex billing procedures. Fluency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications is required. Organized self-direction with urgency helps you thrive amid changing demands. Adaptability in a swift environment defines how you handle shifting priorities.
