Requirements

Applicants must present a minimum of eight years of experience managing commercial glazing projects from start to finish, demonstrating a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle. You must bring a documented history of successfully managing large-scale projects with values ranging between $500,000 and $2,000,000 or higher, proving your capability to handle significant financial responsibility. Extensive, hands-on knowledge of curtain wall systems, storefront installations, window wall assemblies, and a variety of other commercial glazing technologies is not optional but necessary for success in this environment. Strong abilities in contract administration, detailed budgeting, and strategic negotiation are mandatory, as you will be expected to protect the company's interests in all discussions. Exceptional communication and sophisticated stakeholder management skills are required to navigate the complex dynamics of multi-party construction environments. Holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset that will strengthen your application and demonstrate your commitment to the profession.
