What you'll do
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Chennai region.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales or business development, with at least two years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the logistics, freight, or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of the Chennai market and the broader South Indian business landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Tamil.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within India and occasionally internationally to meet clients and attend events.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Prior experience managing P&L responsibilities or owning a book of business is preferred.
