Requirements
3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Operations, or Data Analytics, with logistics or high-growth tech experience as a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required.
Strong financial modeling and Excel or Google Sheets skills are required.
Competency with relational databases such as Snowflake and SQL, plus agentic coding platforms such as Claude Code or Codex, is required; experience with large language models, Model Context Protocol, Linux command line, and Git/GitHub is highly preferred.
A self-starter mindset, high emotional intelligence, and comfort with ambiguous problems support success in this role.
Proactive written and verbal communication enables collaboration across multiple levels of the organization.
Sound business judgment, strong critical thinking, and excellent time management allow movement between strategic and tactical work.
The ability to improve cross-functional partners through collaboration is essential.
