You will craft and execute content systems that establish Filmhub as the trusted platform for all rights holders. You will lead the creation of stories that highlight the intersection of technology and creative legacy. You will ensure that every touchpoint reflects the values of clarity, transparency, and respect for creative work. You will act as the strategic voice of the company in a noisy marketplace. You will build a marketing organization that can move fast while thinking deeply about long term brand equity.

What you'll do
- Own the end to end brand strategy and define the positioning of Filmhub across all global markets and channels.
- Build and lead a high performing marketing team that spans brand, festivals and markets, growth, content, community, and public relations.
- Design a storytelling content generation system that produces ten or more pieces of content monthly to establish Filmhub as the industry leader in distribution.
- Create a public relations and content strategy that leverages the founding team to amplify thought leadership at industry events and in digital channels.
- Define and implement marketing metrics and reporting systems to ensure alignment, efficiency, and accountability across initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure marketing activities are tightly connected to measurable business outcomes.
- Champion the company values of clarity, transparency, ownership, and deep respect for the work and rights of creators.
- Identify and activate opportunities in the marketplace that reinforce Filmhub's position as the platform of choice for rights holders.
- Develop integrated campaigns that connect brand awareness with demand generation and long term trust.
- Evaluate emerging channels and formats to keep Filmhub's message fresh, cohesive, and ahead of industry trends.
- Translate complex platform capabilities into clear narratives that speak to the needs of filmmakers, distributors, and catalog owners.
- Build scalable processes and playbooks that allow the marketing team to operate efficiently as the company scales.
- Work with leadership to shape the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring resources are focused on highest impact initiatives.
- Act as a visible leader who mentors marketers and elevates the practice of strategic marketing within the organization.
Requirements
- Bring 10 or more years of experience in marketing, with deep expertise in brand strategy, content creation, public relations, and performance marketing.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading marketing in high growth startup environments, preferably within media, marketplaces, or creator platforms.
- Show strong storytelling ability paired with a data driven mindset that informs decision making and campaign optimization.
- Exhibit experience hiring, leading, and developing distributed teams across functions and time zones.
- Display a deep understanding of marketing systems, tooling, and measurement frameworks that drive insight and action.
- Write with clarity and precision, think critically, and deliver results quickly in a fast moving environment.
- Have a history of building brands that people remember, trust, and choose consistently over time.
- Be comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, moving seamlessly between big picture thinking and detailed implementation.
