Sr. Manager, Product Marketing
Job description
About the role
You will own the strategic and hands-on marketing vision for Poshmark's live shopping product, Posh Live, defining how it appears and performs for both buyers and sellers. This role requires building a deep, data-informed understanding of buyer behavior and discovery so that every show, host, and category can be optimized for watch time and purchase. You will translate these insights into clear, actionable seller value propositions and playbooks that are grounded in real demand rather than assumptions. You will define success metrics, key levers, and educational programs that help brand and enterprise sellers build trust and long-term loyalty on Show. You will own the end-to-end product narrative, positioning, and messaging frameworks to ensure a consistent story across in-product, marketing, and external experiences. You will also lead go-to-market strategy for launches and enhancements, running pilots and setting adoption targets in close partnership with Product, Growth, and Analytics.
