Utah Notary Public - Digital Reporter
Job description
About the role
Filevine is constructing a new category of legal operations through its Legal Operating Intelligence system, and this role places you at the intersection of technology and legal procedure. As a Digital Reporter supporting remote depositions, you will own the integrity of the session from a technical and administrative perspective, ensuring every participant is supported. You will manage the full Zoom environment for your assigned sessions, handling participant entry, muting protocols, and screen sharing as directed by the platform. You will act as a remote extension of the legal team, providing real-time assistance to non-technical participants while maintaining strict neutrality. This position requires a high level of personal discipline, as you will set your own schedule and be responsible for logging your availability and session attendance. You will directly contribute to the accuracy of the legal record by ensuring that technical issues do not interfere with the capture of testimony. In this capacity, you will leverage the Filevine platform to interact with a sophisticated system of truth that centralizes data and workflows. Success in this role means you are a reliable, detail-oriented professional who helps modern legal teams operate with clarity and consistency in a remote setting.
