Requirements

You must be a currently commissioned Florida Notary Public with an active commission that is valid for the foreseeable future.

You must possess a government‑issued photo ID that matches your notary commission records and can be verified during onboarding.

You must have the ability to obtain and maintain Errors and Omissions insurance specific to notary services in the state of Florida.

You must have a secure, private workspace that allows you to conduct remote depositions without interruption or breach of confidentiality.

You must have reliable high‑speed internet access capable of supporting HD video calls and screen sharing with zero perceptible lag.

You must be proficient in using Zoom or equivalent video conferencing platforms, including screen sharing, recording permissions, and participant management.

You must have a clear understanding of Florida notary law, including prohibitions on notarizing for family members or notarizing documents in which you have a direct interest.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in the United States without sponsorship requirements.
