Ohio Notary Public - Digital Reporter
Job description
About the role
Filevine is building a specific lane of remote support professional where your primary output is the integrity of the session rather than the volume of tasks. In this capacity, you own the end to end experience of a remote deposition from the moment the connection is established to the final verification of the transcript capture. You own the management of the technical environment, ensuring that audio, video, and document views remain pristine and uninterrupted for all participants. This role requires you to own the facilitation of the process, stepping in to guide participants through basic interactions without ever advising on the legal substance of their testimony. You own the verification that every digital handshake, signature, and timestamp aligns with the strict protocols of the legal community. This position is defined by the reliability you provide to legal professionals who depend on an unbroken chain of digital evidence. You own the trust of the attorneys who rely on your neutrality and technical competence to keep proceedings moving smoothly. By accepting this role, you commit to being the quiet, indispensable partner on every virtual court record.
