Emarketer is on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive to enhance its New Business Subscription Sales team. In this position, you will oversee a designated territory that includes prominent global brands and agencies, focusing on selling subscription-based syndicated research to mid and senior-level executives. This role is in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key clients.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the sales team.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions to help shape future offerings.
- Develop strategic account plans that align with client goals and Emarketer's objectives.
- Mentor junior sales team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the market research or data-driven insights sectors.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas throughout your career.
- Proficiency in managing the complete sales cycle, with a strong ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
- Solid operational discipline, particularly with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Applicants should reside within a commutable distance to the New York City office to meet in-person requirements.

Practical notes
- The base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) are projected between $212,000 and $222,000, which includes uncapped commission opportunities.
