Position Overview
The Creator & Content Coordinator is responsible for the operational backbone of Earth Rated's creator program. This role transitions management from an external agency to an internal function, emphasizing stronger ownership, quicker implementation, and stricter brand alignment. The position is justified by the belief that the creator model is a primary driver of brand awareness for Earth Rated.

Responsibilities
Creator Discovery & Pipeline Management
Sourcing and evaluating creators who authentically represent Earth Rated's community and principles is a central function. The role requires maintaining and expanding an organized creator pipeline using artificial intelligence to identify talent and monitor outreach status. The creator database must be current, systematically tagged, and actionable to prevent missed opportunities.
Contract, Relationship & Content Administration
Managing creator contracts from initial draft through signature tracking and renewal oversight is essential. The coordinator acts as the daily point of contact, ensuring communication is timely and the experience is seamless. Briefing logistics must be coordinated so creators receive necessary information to deliver on schedule and within brand standards. All submitted content requires review against Earth Rated's brand guidelines, covering accuracy, tone, visual standards, and messaging. The coordinator manages the revision process to ensure efficient final approval. A clear feedback loop between Earth Rated and creators must be maintained to minimize redundant communication and accelerate delivery. Monitoring content delivery timelines is necessary to keep campaigns on track, with early risk identification.
Seeding & Gifting Execution
Ownership of the complete seeding and gifting workflow is required. This includes product selection, coordination with warehouse or operations partners, shipping tracking, and follow-up with creators to confirm receipt. Gifting activities must remain organized across multiple campaigns and one-off instances to ensure no interaction is overlooked and every touchpoint is intentional.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Developing and maintaining recurring performance reports on creator activity, reach, engagement, and output is a duty. Artificial intelligence should be used to automate repetitive tasks, allowing focus on analysis rather than data compilation. The coordinator supports the Sr. Manager, Creator Partnerships, by providing data pulls and dashboard inputs that influence strategy, campaign decisions, and the business case for the creator model.
Definition of Success
Success is measured by an active creator pipeline where new talent is consistently discovered, tracked, and progressed without intervention. Contracts, gifting, and creator communications must be executed punctually, with no missed steps. Performance reports should be ready before they are requested, accurate, AI-assisted, and clear enough for the Sr. Manager to enter strategic discussions with immediate access to data. Creators must feel supported and well-informed, which directly impacts content quality and partnership duration. Within six months, a clear operational infrastructure must exist to replace the previous agency setup, with this transition invisible to creator partners.
Requirements
- Ability to source and vet creators who connect with the Earth Rated community and values.
- Skill in managing end-to-end contracts, including signature tracking and renewal dates.
- Capability to maintain an organized, searchable creator pipeline using AI and database tools.
- Experience reviewing content for accuracy, tone, brand alignment, and managing revision cycles.
- Capacity to track timelines and flag risks early to maintain seeding and campaign schedules.
Nice to Have
Prior experience coordinating gifting and warehouse logistics in a fast-paced environment.
